If you've been around these parts long enough, you KNOW I am a huge hockey fan. You probably know I am a bigger fan of what Vladimir Tretiak called the noblest position in all of sports, the goalie. That's why when I came across these next two sites, I was overjoyed.
First off, we have Andrew's Dallas Stars Page. I've been to the official site and it's pretty spiffy. I've been to some fan sites and they're OK.But this is by far the best Stars related site I have come across. Complete with Java score tickers and breakdowns of the most recent games. What can I say, I'm a fan of regularly-updated sites. Oh, since it does contain a lot of fancy programming stuff, I don't recommend this for the faint-browsered.
The second is Ed Belfour's Official Website. Yes, the Stars number one goalie has his own site. Did you know he's got a collection of vintage cars and races them? I didn't. You can find out all kind of interesting tidbits about him, as well as finding goaltending tips (for those so inclined), merchandise, and multimedia goodies. Two thumbs up!

| Since I could only wait so long to be offered the webmaster job for theticket.com, I had to start making an income again. To that end, I am returning to the DJ booth at Dallas Alley's Bell Bottoms club. Located in the Historic West End district of Dallas, you'll be able to find me and Dead Laszlo's creator, Devin Pike, spinning the finest in 70's trash disco and 80's retro. Rumor has it, you might even find Expo trying to make a scene for himself from the booth. | ![]() |
